Overview: Our client, a mid-sized organization, faced challenges in managing HR operations efficiently. Their existing processes for leave requests, employee onboarding, and performance evaluations were cumbersome and time consuming, leading to delays and frustration among employees. The need for a streamlined solution that could enhance user experience and operational efficiency became evident.
Challenges:
The organization dealt with inefficient leave management due to email submissions, lengthy onboarding processes caused by scattered information, and limited visibility into employee performance metrics, hindering informed decision-making.
Key Implementation:
We created custom forms in PowerApps for easy submission of leave requests and expense reports. Automated workflows improved efficiency by handling approvals seamlessly. A secure SharePoint database managed employee records while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Interactive dashboards equipped HR managers with insights into performance and recruitment metrics, facilitating data-driven decision making. This project significantly enhanced the organization’s HR processes and employee satisfaction.

To address these issues, we developed an HR Management Portal using PowerApps integrated with Power Automate and SharePoint. This centralized platform streamlined HR operations, automating approval workflows for leave requests and expense reimbursements while providing real-time access to performance metrics through an interactive Power BI dashboard.
